Sunset Stroll: Enjoy Nature in a New Way

Each Sunset Stroll is unique, like Historic Spanish Point, and takes place throughout the 30-acres of old Florida nature. Guests may wander the shady scenic paths or linger on the footbridge to soak up the late afternoon sun while enjoying the stunning views of Little Sarasota Bay. A favorite location is high atop the prehistoric shell midden next to Mrs. Palmer's Pergola & Sunken Garden and next to White Cottage, the first tourist resort in Sarasota County run by our pioneer Webb family.

Some months we may have live music by local artists, and there is often an encounter with a Living History interpreter. Light refreshments and drinks are part of your evening, but donations are always welcomed with a smile. Sunset Strolls are FREE for our Members, $5.00 for their guests, and only $10.00 for general public. It's well worth a visit when you see a lovely sunset over the bay.
