Calling all teen volunteers for summer camp!

Summer is right around the corner! We know there are a lot of things you can do during your summer break, but we think you should join us as a volunteer for summer camp at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ Downtown Sarasota campus! Camp counselors gain valuable skills while feeding their own love for the outdoors, science, and the arts.

Camp Lookout has four week-long sessions running from June 3-28. This year’s themes surround shapes and patterns in nature, nature detective work, and ethnobotany! You can learn more about Camp Lookout here.

If you–or your friends! –are warm, enthusiastic, dedicated, and fun-loving (bonus points for nature-loving and tree-hugging) we hope you’ll consider becoming part of our camp family. Please contact Tracy Calla at trcalla@selby.org

*Teens must be 14 or older to be a camp counselor.
